About

I work across strategy, systems and craft — experience strategy and service design at one end; design systems, prototyping and hands-on UX/UI at the other. Most of my work is with products that handle sensitive data or support high-stakes decisions: fintech, healthcare technology, retail and enterprise platforms. A growing focus is human-AI interaction — introducing AI capabilities into products in ways that remain legible, trustworthy and appropriately overseen.

Projects

Most of my work can’t be shown publicly — confidentiality is part of what clients in regulated industries are buying, and I treat their information with the same care they’re required to treat their users’. What I can show is how I work: worked examples, reference architectures, and method walkthroughs built from my own materials rather than client artefacts. If you’d like to see how I’d approach your problem, ask — it’s usually more useful than someone else’s case study anyway.

Experiments

I’m always working on something on the side.

Currently developing a generative art series collaborating with AI to simulate materiality through abstract sculptural forms. Reach out if that sounds interesting to you.
